By accessing or using SearchLens ("the Service"), operated by akapril, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SearchLens is a SaaS platform that monitors brand visibility across AI search platforms (such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Perplexity). The Service collects AI responses to user-configured prompts and provides analytics including visibility scores, ranking positions, sentiment analysis, and competitor comparison.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Use the Service to monitor brands or competitors for purposes of harassment or defamation • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization • Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting mechanisms

• **Free Plan:** Limited features with no payment required. • **Paid Plans (Pro, Business):** Billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf. • Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to tax requirements. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• The Service sends prompts to third-party AI platforms on your behalf. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of AI platform responses. • AI platform responses may change over time as models are updated. • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts comply with the terms of service of the respective AI platforms.

• The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by akapril (operating as SearchLens). • You retain ownership of the data you input (brand names, prompts, project configurations). • AI-generated responses collected by the Service are subject to the terms of the originating AI platform.

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. • Third-party AI platform outages or changes may affect data collection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

• You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the Settings page. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
