When you use SearchLens, we collect the following information: • **Account Information:** Email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials when you create an account via email or GitHub OAuth. • **Project Data:** Brand names, competitor names, and tracking prompts you configure within the service. • **Usage Data:** AI platform responses collected on your behalf, visibility scores, and analytics data generated from these responses. • **Technical Data:** IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs for security and service improvement purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: • **Paddle:** Our Merchant of Record for payment processing and tax compliance. • **AI Platforms:** We send your configured prompts to AI platforms (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Perplexity, etc.) to collect responses. No personal information is included in these queries. • **Supabase:** Our database and authentication provider. • **Vercel:** Our hosting provider.

• Free plan: Collection data is retained for 30 days. • Paid plans: Collection data is retained for 90 days. • Account data is retained until you delete your account. • Upon account deletion, all associated data (projects, prompts, results) is permanently removed.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit • Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database to ensure data isolation between users • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with support for OAuth providers • API rate limiting to prevent abuse

You have the right to: • Access your personal data through the service dashboard • Export your data via the API (Business plan) • Delete your account and all associated data through the Settings page • Opt out of non-essential email communications

We use essential cookies only: • **Authentication cookies:** To maintain your login session (Supabase auth tokens) • **Language preference:** To remember your language choice (geo-locale) We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
