Payment Processing
All payments for SearchLens are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance. When you subscribe, your invoice will come from Paddle, not directly from SearchLens.
Subscription Billing
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting support@searchlens.dev.
After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals — please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges:
1. Go to **Settings** in your dashboard
2. Click **"Cancel Subscription"**
3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
4. After the period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
Cancellation does not entitle a refund. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Currency and Taxes
• Prices are listed in USD. Your actual charge may vary based on exchange rates and local taxes.
• Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your location.
• Tax amounts are shown during checkout before you confirm payment.
